About me:

Born in Romania and several countries across Europe prior to landing in beautiful Wyoming with my wife and now grown kids, I speak 5 languages! I have a passion for gardening, baking bread, raising chili peppers, long walks, bike rides, a good run, and swimming, and I'm a rather enthusiastic, though ungifted singer. Don’t ask; you'll regret it! 

I hope to have never taken my best photo or cooked the same dish twice. I’m fascinated by all cultures and learn as much as I can about them. I’ve made well over a thousand Indian dishes, from Kerala to Jammu to Assam, and know that I’ve only scratched the surface of the subcontinental art of food, which in itself is but a microcosm.
