What is Photography Style?

Photography style uses lighting, exposure, posing, composition, and angles to capture an artistic vision. Each photo has it's own style and often incorporates a variety if styles. This means your wedding can have a variety of styles.

• Traditional - Line up in a straight line type photos to capture family, wedding party, and couple photos.
• Classic - Photography incorporates non-traditional posing with a creative but timeless vibe.
• Natural - Photos are posed but look like they could have happened naturally.
• Editorial Photojournalism - incorporates orchestrated candids and posed storytelling moments with a fashion-inspired flair that feels elevated yet natural.
• Candid - photos are moments captured without any direction.
• Documentary - photography tells the story of your day, including details such as flatlays, flowers, dress detail, room set up, and the key moments of the day.
• Moody/Dramatic - often incorporates off-camera front or back lighting in the evening for an impressive look worthy of any wall.
• Fine Art - Wedding Photography often incorporates unique compositions using the venue and surroundings, and/or incorporates more fashion-forward posing.
